A last resort for me to source parts out of. If they’re the only shop that carries the part I’m looking for THAN MAYBE I’d go there again.
I had my brake pads replaced here since they are an authorized EBC brake pads dealer. Staff were very friendly and even placed my helmet in their santizing machine. Pads and labor cost are very reasonable considering the brand and quality of the product and Big Bike Tech being an established shop carrying high end brands.

One guy doesn’t really have a good customer service skill. I was inquiring about a mini driving light and a seat cover but the tone of his voice and the way he speak is not good when he answers the inquiry. For those who knows me, for sure they know that I am not a rude person when asking something. Though they have a lot of good to great items, one dot can ruin cleanliness. It would be better for their organization if that guy will be removed.

The mechanics he has here are snobs and unaccommodating. We went here to get a spare part for my scooter but we were met with a very unwelcoming mechanic who even told me that my scooter was too loud when all i had is stock. To top it of, we waited for an hour an a half to only be told that the part we were looking for wasnt available at all. Just because they are seen as the go to place when it comes to spare parts, they forget that they should be taking care of new customers too to ensure they return.
